THE RED SUNRISE SMOOTHIE

High in antioxidants and adding great anti inflammatory benefits, this energising pomegranate, beetroot and ginger smoothie is one of my favourites! Easy to make and delicious to taste, start your day right with this immunity boosting smoothie.

To make:
1 cup pomegranate seeds
1 raw beetroot
1/2 teaspoon probiotic powder
1/2 inch of ginger
1/4 tsp ground turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
3 sprigs of mint
Ice
Blend and serve!
