THE SUNSHINE SMOOTHIE

My all time favourite, and one of the reasons for starting The Sunshine Smoothie. 6 months into making this power smoothie a part of my daily routine, my energy levels and stamina have really increased! Superfoods like Bee pollen, Macaa powder and turmeric provide essential nutrients and antioxidants. Try this protein rich smoothie post working out and watch yourself shine.

To make:
1/2 cup water
2 scoops natural whey protein powder from Saatvik Foods https://sattvicfoods.in/product/whey-protein-un-adulterated/
1 banana
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp honey
1 tsp bee pollen powder from Saatvik Foods https://sattvicfoods.in/product/bee-pollen-natures-complete-superfood/
2 tsp macaa powder from Saatvik Foods https://sattvicfoods.in/product/organic-maca-root-powder/
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 dates
Ice
Blend and serve
